DESIGN & CONTRACT
We will create the custom design for your deck to scale showing a detailed project plan.
We will prepare a written contract, spelling out of our obligations to you.
We will discuss the necessary project and site preparations.
PERMITTING & CONSTRUCTION
DBS will check with city and/or county development review for zoning requirements.
We will prepare the permit submittal and obtain the permit.
We will keep you, the customer, involved in all aspects of construction, which is Decks by Schmillen’s top priority.
