Glass walls added to create 3 season room

Electra 1 – This custom, two-story deck provides the customer with a three-season room on the lower level, and an open deck on the upper. 


This 3 season room has composite decking laid at a 45 degree angle

Electra 2 – To help create the personalized look they wanted, the customer went with composite decking laid at 45 degrees, and added a double picture frame in a contrasting color. 


We built two decks (upper and lower) with glass walls between them creating a gorgeous 3-season room

Electra 3 – In order to make the two-level deck appear as if it was built with the house, DBS used stucco columns to support the decks. 


We had to install two sliding glass doors to provide access to the new 3-season room from the living room

Electra 4 – To provide access to the 3-season room, DBS installed two large sliding patio doors, which have the added bonus of creating a beautiful view from inside the house too. 


We installed sliding glass panels so the customer can open up the room to fresh air

Electra 5 – The customer did not want completely block out fresh air, so we installed sliding glass doors in opposite corners of the deck. For safety, we also installed a glass railing. 


The ceiling of the room is a dry space so no water gets in from the deck above.

Electra 6 – In the corner, you can see a downspout. this is because we installed a Dry Space in order to complete this 3-season room. 


In order to make the sliding panels safe to open, we installed a glass railing panel to prevent anyone falling out

Electra 7 – In order to allow fresh air in, we put sliding glass doors in opposite corners with glass half walls that provide safety but do not disrupt the view. 


The 3-season room has a tongue and groove pine ceiling with recessed lighting

Electra 8 – The natural tongue and groove ceiling included recessed lighting that can be dimmed depending on the customers mood. 


The upper deck features a railing built with composite components and metal balusters with a basket design

Electra 9 – The upper level deck is also made with composite material and a composite railing with metal balusters featuring a basket design. 


A sliding glass door on one side of the sun room provides access to the outside portion of the deck

Electra 10 – The sliding glass door provides access to the walkway and grill area. 


The glass panels used in this sunroom are framed by the composite deck material and stucco columns

Electra 11 – The full glass panes are framed by composite material and stucco columns creating a beautiful design element.
