Dante Way


This shows two elevated decks with wood posts and railings. These were removed to build the new decks.

This picture shows you what the decks looked like before we removed them and built the new, steel-framed decks. 


This project involved building two steel framed, elevated decks with stucco columns and the deck cover supported by large log beams.

The homeowners decided to use composite decking material with a double picture frame border in a contrasting color.

This shows the contrast made by the different colored picture frame. The wrought iron railing was a custom design by the homeowner.

The deck cover allows the homeowners to use an area for entertaining even in some inclement weather.

The railing used on both decks was designed by the homeowner and DBS worked with a company to have it custom made in wrought iron.

The lower deck also features the large log poles used to support the cover on the upper deck. The stucco columns are used to support both decks and anchor the railing.

The wrought iron railing was designed by the customer and built by an iron contractor. The design features balusters that bow outwards with a curl at the top of each.

Dante 7 – Here you can see how the railing bows outward with a curl design at the top of each baluster. This railing was designed by the customer and built by an iron contractor.
