Dark Pine 1 - DBS worked closely with the customer on the design and build of the composite deck, deck cover with knotty pine tongue and groove ceiling, walls, and stucco fireplace.
Dark Pine 2 - This deck is built to allow for privacy and cover at one end and an uncovered, sunny area at the other end.
Dark Pine 3 - Part of the deck is covered by a large, vaulted, knotty pine, tongue and groove ceiling with recessed lights and an antler chandelier.
Dark Pine 4 - The composite decking was laid at 45-degrees to the joists, and the railing is composite with metal balusters.
Dark Pine 5 - The custom-designed elevated deck was designed to allow for maximum comfort and, on one-half, privacy.
Dark Pine 6 - The hot tub is accessed via two built-in steps with stair lights. DBS also installed glass panes on top of the stucco half-wall to provide protection against the wind but still keep the view unimpeded.
