Peregrine 1 – Here is a full view of the deck that runs along the back of the house and the deck cover.
Peregrine 2 – The customer chose composite decking with a picture frame and divider boards in a different color.
Peregrine 3 – Here you can see the tongue and groove Pine ceiling with can lights. There is also a spot to install a ceiling fan later.
Peregrine 4 – One of the very unique features of this deck are the tiles inserted into the large stucco columns that support the deck cover.
Peregrine 5 – The railing is a metal panel railing with 2×2 metal posts in matte black.
Peregrine 6 – Here you can see how the new deck cover looks as if it was always part of the house.
Peregrine 7 – On the side of the house we added a short stairway to give the homeowner access to the yard.
