Stunning Composite Deck with Shed Roof Style Deck Cover

Our clients in the Pine Creek neighborhood contacted us to discuss upgrading their existing builder-grade redwood deck.  They wanted a larger, more modern, and importantly, low-maintenance deck with a cover.

Together we designed a stunning 294 square-foot composite deck featuring Deckorators Vista Ironwood decking with double end boards for a polished look.  This choice not only adds a modern touch but also ensures long-term durability and easy upkeep.  The railing is a Fortress Fe26 powder-coated steel system with 3-inch posts and flat pyramid post caps.

For the 14′ x 21′ deck cover, the clients chose a shed roof-style with a flat ceiling, using WoodTone’s Canadian Ice Lager tongue and groove.  We installed four recessed can lights and a ceiling fan.  They also added a Bromic Tungsten overhead electric patio heater, allowing them to enjoy cooler evenings on their new deck while staying warm.
