New Deck Creates Beautiful Outdoor Oasis for Entertaining

Our customers loved spending time outside, but their small redwood deck was not conducive to entertaining family and friends.  We met with the owners and designed a much larger 10’ x 26’ deck for them.  After researching the different decking materials available, they decided to use Fiberon GoodLife Bungalow with a ¾ double picture frame border and divider boards in Fiberon Sanctuary Espresso, creating a complementary tonal look.  The deck railing is a Fortress Fe26 Traditional powder-coated steel panel system in matte black.  It includes 3” x 3” metal posts and pressed dome post caps.  The staircase consists of a 4’ x 5’ 90-degree turn landing, with the step treads and risers done in the Fiberon Espresso.

The homeowners are thrilled with their new deck, which gives them much more space for entertaining family and friends and requires less maintenance. It also allows them to have more outdoor living space on the lower patio.
