New Deck Creates Space for Outdoor Entertaining

When faced with their current deck rotting, the owners called us to discuss building a new, larger, composite deck that would require minimal maintenance.  We worked closely with them to design the new deck featuring clipped corners and a single picture frame border.  They chose to use Fiberon Sanctuary Chai decking. They also added a single divider board to avoid butt seams and end boards to provide a clean, finished look. The railing is a powder-coated, steel Fortress Fe26 panel system with pressed dome post caps.  The larger deck has allowed our customers to create an area for grilling and a separate area for relaxing and entertaining.  They are excited to spend time in their new outdoor living space before the cold weather hits.
