New Deck Creates Space for Outdoor Entertaining

When faced with a deteriorating deck, the homeowners reached out to us to discuss creating a new, larger composite deck with minimal maintenance. We collaborated closely with them to design a deck featuring clipped corners and a single picture frame border. They opted for Fiberon Sanctuary Chai decking and added a single divider board to prevent butt seams and end boards for a clean, polished appearance. The railing is a powder-coated, steel Fortress Fe26 panel system with pressed dome post caps. The expanded deck has provided our clients with distinct areas for grilling, relaxing, and entertaining. They eagerly anticipate enjoying their new outdoor living space before the cold weather arrives.
