Gorgeous Heart Redwood Deck with Cover

The homeowners had a wood deck that was original to the house.  They wanted to upgrade and create a beautiful, comfortable, outdoor living space for themselves.  Working together, we designed this Heart Redwood deck with an open shed roof cover, and we created a new footprint for the stairs.  In order to make the stair design work, we had to add on to the existing concrete patio.  The deck cover was built to look like it was original to the house.  We also installed a metal panel railing system with 4″ x 4″ Redwood posts and a Heart Redwood drink cap.  The homeowner are eagerly awaiting the good weather so they can enjoy their gorgeous new deck!!
